Educational Verification Visit ( Required Confirm Feasibility before awarding project )– King Khalid University, Abha, Saudi Arabia **Scope of Work** * Conduct an in-person visit to the educational institution at the designated address. * Present the student's educational certificate, signed consent, and authorization letter provided by DeRISC. * Meet with the relevant university/school official authorized to verify educational records. * Request verification of the educational certificate and have the verification form completed. * Obtain the official's signature, institutional stamp, and date on the verification form. * Record the verifying official's name, designation, email address, and contact number. * Capture **5–7 geo-tagged photographs** of the institution, including the entrance, signage, and surrounding premises, as evidence of the site visit. * Report any observations relevant to the verification process, including delays, refusals, or unavailability of the authorized official. * Submit the completed verification form, geo-tagged photographs, and all supporting documentation promptly upon completion of the assignment.
