To design a PCB

For someone to design PCB layout as well as schematic and small circuits. I want a PCB design with 40 way header to connect to raspberry PI3, The circuit must have 6 Digital Inputs 24vdc opto isolator with LED , 6 Digital outputs opto isolator with LED, 2 analog outputs 0-10v instrument signals , 2 analog inputs 0-10v instrument signals. RS 232 output using Uart from PI DB9 connector , rs485 2 wire using Uart from pi with 5.08mm 2 way terminal , ( either rs232 or rs485 will be used not both at same time. I2c bus must be available on header pins. PCB must have DB 50 way connector for all external inputs, outputs, serial comms , analog signals. GND for input must be separate to output. board must have 24vdc supply by means of 5.08 terminal 2 way with 100ma fuse. must be double layer board. we are using the board to interface with equipment we repair, and we will write code in node red to control outputs etc. all above signals must be available on 50 way connector as well.
