Electrical Plans for Ice Cream Mini-Golf

I need electrical drawings for a commercial remodel in Dayton, OH for submission to obtain permits. The project involves installing an indoor mini-golf with an ice cream bar in existing building. All architectural plans for the remodel have been approved and are available for review as well as scope of work memo from myself and list of all ice cream bar equipment to be installed. We just need to submit electrical drawings to start the remodel and install. The bulk of the work is just running wires to new receptacles for the ice cream equipment and the prop motors. The jurisdiction is Middletown, OH
