My Heewing T2 VTOL build is stuck on the ground: I'm using the Cube Orange Plus FC. The configuration has been 98% completed with meticulous attention to configuration instructions and research. I need someone with extensive experience with Mission Planner/Ardupilot programming. Everything works well except the servo assignments seem to be incorrect. Need to remap, perform hover and subsequent tuning to fly reliably. Also need to perform pre-flight checks to ensure that all flight systems are working/peripherals like video and gimball are functioning properly. - Freelancer needs to have strong internet connection with willingness to work via screenshare if needed. Success for me is simple: The drone flies, safely and flawlessly!!

Hi, I majored in Aerospace Engineering in college. Nice to meet someone interested in VTOL. VTOL can be a better option since it doesn’t need a runway and usually comes preloaded with ArduPilot. But it also has some downsides, like being sensitive to wind, and swapping the flight controller can cause configuration issues. Since you replaced the stock FX-405 FC with a Cube Orange Plus, the servo remapping issue makes sense. The factory parameters were made for the FX-405 pin layout, not the Cube’s output rail. I think that’s the main issue right now. I can help you adjust the configs and parameters. I'll also perform pre-flight checks through Mission Planner, and then with a final manual check.
