Hello, My understanding from your description is that your pitch is too high and annoying and you want to lower it (an octave) to make it more pleasant. There are different ways to do that like a frequency shift. I do not understand why you need a noise canceling headphone. The purpose of a noise cancelling headphone is suppressing the environmental noise not a frequency shift. Anyway, I will be happy to help you.
