Replace Faulty Bathroom Exhaust

My bathroom exhaust fan has stopped working altogether, so I’m looking for someone who can remove the old unit and install a new one with stronger airflow. I don’t have a brand or model picked out yet and would appreciate your advice on a high-CFM option that fits the existing ceiling cut-out and duct size. Top priority is simply moving a lot of air to keep moisture under control. Please handle everything from selecting the right fan, picking up materials, and verifying the electrical connection, through to final testing and cleanup. Once installed, the new fan must run smoothly, clear steam quickly, and meet code for ventilation. If you have recent experience retrofitting non-functional bathroom fans let me know.
