I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design and PCB engineer, please see my profile for more details I believe I could help with the PCB design and manufacture but not the case or the software. I have recently designed several Blue tooth products using Nordic and TI devices NRF 8001, NR51822, NRF52832, CC2541, CC2564 and the Laird BL600 and MDBT40 hybrids. The devices contain a mixture of Flash, orientation / motion device, RTC, LED's and buzzers. Micro-controllers we can work on PIC, STM32, PSOC and AVR and also we have all the development kit and instruments available with us. For PCB design we use KICAD v4.
