rpi a+ board piggybacked on a board that controls 7 tiny stepper motors (2 different types), a laser, a fan, temperature, and 2 galvanometers via dsp.
a layout exists, but that´s not good enough, but you can see the scope there, however i want to avoid the st32f4 and use the rpi a+ board instead. you would also need to write the firmware.
no upfront payment until I see a working layout, I already lost time and money...
I have BS, MS and PhD degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from one of the most reputable universities in Turkey and have 15 years of analog and microcontroller based systems design experience (both hardware and firmware) and 5 years of RF design experience. I am founder and manager of an R&D company focusing on analog and embedded systems design.
We have experience with multi-axis systems since we have 5-axis CNC designs together with custom TB6560 and TB6600 stepper drivers.
Please note that:
- it may not be possible to avoid the stm32 chip since 3d printing is a heavily real-time process and the Rpi may not be able to handle the load in real-time.
- end product casing design/molding is not included in the bid.
- FCC/CE certifications are also not included since even only independent laboratory testing costs exceed this bid. Some manufacturers skip these tests and self-declare conformity but this poses risks in the market. We can work on certification costs once the prototype is available.
- the requested prepayment is only for nulling the immediately taken site commission. We found it necessary because of employers who disappear after awarding.
