I'm a PhD student in Engineering with a Master's in Statistics. Expert in Matlab, Econometric and statistical modeling of pretty much everything you can think of. These include expertise on protocol development, research study designs, sample size calculations, data management, and data analysis using various statistical software’s (i.e. STATA, Eviews, R & SPSS), statistical interpretation and report writing. Currently involved in official approval of internal econometric models that banks are using.

Hi, Im an aerospace engineer and an UAV designer and builder. I have a few questions since your requirement description is less. 1. is this a new product development or an one off build. the approach to the design depends on application 2. 15 mile range is a lot, we might need some special devices and the power consumption will increase accordingly. Please confirm you really need 15 mile range. the cost and complexity of you design will depend on range. 3. even if range is only 2 miles we would still need some autonomous navigation system. Please let me know your requirements on this. complete autonomous or semi-autonomy ? 4. Please let me know the application of the Quad. there are better ways of delivering a payload at 15 miles compared top a Quadcopter, fixed wing crafts are good for long ranges. We can go for a tilt rotor design for both short take off and long travel. Please feel free to contact me anytime , I hope discussion on these queries will be beneficial to both of us. Dear Sir, What you need is a heavy Vector. (octocopter maybe ) Your specifications requires a machine like Agile Dragon. Your Budget (250~750$) is a little low for this kind of drone I think. If you need my help in China, just let me know. Best regards.
