Hi, do you need a Arduino Shield or a new PCB completly from Arduino UNO? I have Experience in pcb design using Eagle, Altium, Kicad and Orcad... i recommend you to use KiCad because is a free software and have a big library of very much components. Before than nothing you should check the KiCad software and we could use it like our desing software. Please contact me and we talk about the project. i also have experience using ultrasonic sensors.
