Interactive Flat Panel Repair
Need 1 Tech and 1 laborers to perform repair of an interactive flat panel display, using provided kit of service parts.
Parts will be shipped directly to you, NOT to service location. NO PO Boxes please, as the parts kit will need to be signed for. You will also get the repair manual and a flashdrive to use for firmware upgrade when needed.
Do not schedule service visit with POC until you have the parts in hand. Regardless of schedule service range listed in Field Nation.
Payment is for complete job, and is paid out once unused and/or defective parts are labeled accordingly and sent back via provided UPS label.
PLEASE call POC 24 hours prior to arrival. If not, you will have no way to gain entry.
Will need to dismount unit from a wall mount to complete repair, and re-mount once finished. Please DO NOT lay display on its face after dismounting and be very gentle with units!
Once on site to perform the repair, call project manager listed in FN (Brooks) to discuss repair if you have any questions. (Please be mindful of covid requirements for each site!)
Complete repair by disassembling unit, changing parts as instructed and re-assembling unit.
Verify functionality of unit with on-site POC once repair is complete.
Drop off the parts kit to any UPS store after the repair. The parts kit will have a pre-paid return label inside that needs to be applied to the package.
No additional travel fee will be paid beyond what is offered up front. Everything is included in total payment offered.
