Matching is done using a VNA on the actual board. Nobody can predict the matching components theoritically. I am in the RF design stuff(look at my portfolio) and own VNA. I can do the matching exercise for you. I would have fabricated the board myself but currently due to tension between India and China we are getting difficulty in getting packages from china. I need boards to be shipped by you from any country other than China.
