• Design and test of an electronic circuit, receiving low frequency RF signals ( not wireless ), for low speed half-dublex serial communication. Main concentration will be the analog part but if the proposed solution or some part of it consists of a digital solution with or without a uP, it can be used. ( If the data signal converted to TTL levels, rest will be solved later)
• This design will be part of a small device used by many endpoints, which the development phase must observe the small form factor and cost ! Less external component count is also a major concern.
There are many alternative solutions, especially IC type, but their cost is beyond the limit of this project and because of this, the is project started. If any other solution costing very low with an IC will be proposed, I am ready to pay a bonus just for the roadmap without any desgin phase.
• Main concentration will be on the design of the analog front end and the modulator part, so the coupler / power supply / uP firmware / communication protocols will not be developed or discussed if not especially part of the proposed solution.
