Looking for design of Universal Solar Grid Hybrid EV Charger

I am looking for a design for a Universal Solar Grid Hybrid EV Charger. There will be dual source input 230V, 50Hz Grid and Solar 90V - 150V DC input.
Desired Output Voltage and current:
- Dual output of 60V DC @ 15A and 72V DC @ 15A together
- Fast Charging, with a desired charging time of 1-3 hours
EV Connector Type:
- CCS Combo 2 (Combined Charging System)
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing EV chargers
- Embedded system design and development of Hardware schematic, pcb, bom, Firmware code development and prototype testing.
- Knowledge of different EV connector types
- There should be OLED display and RS485 communication to remote.
- The charger should design with suitable alarms, protection and trip mechanism to recharge the LION and LEAD ACID battery banks with temp control mechanism
- Understanding of charging speed requirements
- Familiarity with solar grid integration
- Ability to design a universal charger compatible with various EV models.
The freelancer should have proper team with desired knowledge, experience and expertise to make this project.
The freelancer needs to submit the all design source files including Altium files for Schematic, PCB, BOM list and Source code firmware files. We ll make prototype, so necessary technical support guidance needs to extend by freelancer through virtual mode to complete the prototype testing.
The desired microcontroller shall be choosen as TMS / STM32/ PIC family only for switching of the circuit and for oled purpose ESP32 may be used or same PIC will be used. The scope including all electronics design, heat sink design, Fan fixing, cooling arrenging, cassing or chessboard design, Cabinet size, bus bar design to make an aesthetic look of the products.
The detailed specification is attached addition to this for reference. If anything missing, same needs to incorporated by the freelancer to complete the project to deliver as a complete product design ready for commercialization without any additional cost. All the design should IEC compliances.
The payment will be made after receiving of the documents and we will make prototype of the products and if it is sucessful then only payment will release. Else no payment can be released.
