Capacitive Touch Motor Control. This control will consist of two PCBs.
One will be a capacitive 12 key touch pad, the other will be a high voltage relay control.
I want someone to review and improve the current design on file.
I am currently using the TP229 chip to control the capacitive touch sensing.
I would like to switch to the Qtouch or similar method.
Also the control needs to have any noise and electrical protection added to help improve the reliability of the control. The relays should have protection added to reduce arcing. The switching power supply should have protection from reverse EMI from the inductive load.
The relays should be protected from multiple relays triggering at once using a logic gate circuit.
I will provide current unfinished schematics and firmware. The current design is based off the Atmega 328p and would like to keep that design but we are flexible. Once the design is finished files should be ready to send off with BOM and manufacture with components. Final assembly will be done house. Control will need to meet cUL requirements.
