PCB Board and iOT device design for e-scooter

=We are building an e-scooter sharing company with a mobile app and are looking to build and iOT device that will be attached to the scooter. The device will likely have network communication, GPS, and bluetooth. Some other details are as follows:

* Our mobile app will set a locked/unlocked status for the scooter on the server, and the iOT device should be able to listen for the state change.

* When unlocked the iOT device should be reporting GPS, and it will need to communicate with the scooter via Bluetooth to unlock (disable the anti-theft alarm) when the ride starts and lock when the ride finishes. The Bluetooth protocol must also be used to read the battery of the scooter and report to the server. An example of the scooter that may be used is the Xiaomi Mi scooter, which has blue-tooth for lock/unlock for anti-theft and reporting battery.

* The device design needs to be ready for mass production, and we want to have it ready for manufacturing and attachment to the scooter as soon as possible. It is ok to use any ready-made components like the Particle Boards to speed up time to production.
