Complete design, schematic preparation, BOM list, firmware code, Proteus simulation and offsite support for 3 Phase, 10 kW ongrid solar & battery hybrid inverter along with MPPT suitable to operate in ongrids mode as well as island mode based on the requirement. during island mode of operation, the inverter should recharge the battery banks through its inbuilt 48V DC boost battery charger which will operate through 600V/48V DC-DC bidirectional circuit. The MPPT should control & manage the solar PV voltage fluctuations and give a constant 600V Dc output to DC bus/ inverter input. The inverter output is 10kW 415V, 3 Phase, 50Hz which will have inbuilt grid synchronization circuit as well output EMI filters. The scope includes offsite testing support during prototype work. Total 4 nos of micro controls model no- dsPIC33FJ32MC204 use for MPPT, Inverter, DC-DC bidirectional inverter and battery charger. The single line diagram is enclosed for your reference. However detailed operational logic will be provided after awarding work.
1). 30% payment will release after receive all the schematics, BOM.
2). 40% payment will release after receive all the codes, PCBN design and Panel 3D design to accommodate all components.
3) Final 30% payment will be released after successful completion of prototype testing of the system (within 5 days after receive of all schematics and codes)
Note:- All codes/ schematics means: Inverter circuit along with EMI filter and synchronization system, MPPT circuit, 48V DC battery charger circuit, 600V DC to 48V DC/DC bidirectional circuit.
Time duration: Within 15 days the complete schematic from the date.
