We are making a IOT board with Particle B523 unit at the center.
We need help with designing the PMIC and fuelgate circuit.
This board is powered with at battery, and the DC input is used to charge the battery
This is our needs:
DC input 5-24V – it could be solar panel (6v) or external power supply 12v/24V
Battery connection for battery-pack – we have not decided with battery type yet – you can help here
3.3V for nRF52840 controller
3.8V for Quectel EG91-E modem module (2A max)
Then we need a 16-24v output for some sensors (4-20mA). This regulator needs to be able to shutdown the output, to save power when the controller is in sleep mode.
Particle IO have made a simpel board with the bq24195 PMIC circuit - but this have a DC input of max 17V, and we need 24V - [login to view URL]
