This is supposed to be the prototype of a future commercial product, so please take into consideration that I want a professional work.
Please study carefully the attached documents before placing your bid: I will NOT later consider any changing of price!
I'd like to prototype a tiny 30x70mm device containing a 1.3" TFT display, a fingerprint module, an NFC card reader, a capacitive touch pad and a wireless charger, among other features that are described in the document.
The MCU will be an ESP32v3.
I will divide the project into 2 milestones:
1) Receiving of prototypes, and
2) Test successful
And the different steps you shall perform for the project are:
1a) Hardware design (pcbs) according to the exactly distribution and sizes in my 3D model (free of charge program downloadable at "[login to view URL]://[login to view URL]"). If this is not possible, the project may be cancelled at any stage without compensation, so please make sure before making any commitment or starting the project. All required files (AutoCad, Gerber...) , Pcb-3D views and BOOM lists must be also provided in this phase, to manage contracting an external company to run later the production phase. Design must be confirmed by me before starting next step. Due to some bad experiences in the past with other freelancers, I will require from you to send me a jpg design of what you did, EVERY DAY before 05:00 my local time, so I have time to review it and point you out anything I may find, before going to work. It doesn't matter in which stage you have your design at this time, you have to show it to me before 05:00 my local time. This is a must.
1b) Ordering some sample pcbs ([login to view URL], [login to view URL] or any other), ordering the already finished module parts on Aliexpress (links to these parts in my Excel table). Manufacturing costs and ordering costs of Aliexpress will be extra paid.
1c) Test code for every part: this can be done in the meantime you receive the pcbs and the modules
1d) Prototyping: mounting everything together to perform some functional-working-finished ready to use prototypes. You shall show me a video to prove functionality. If the prototypes do not work properly or 100%, you will have to modify your design accordingly and replace at your cost whatever may become defective. You will have to show me videos again at the end of the tests to prove that they work as expected.
1e) Delivery: sending me the prototypes (delivery cost will be extra)
1f) Test of the prototypes; I will test them on my side. If they work as agreed, I will release the first milestone within 15 days after receipt of the prototypes.
2a) After 15 days of testing on my side without any issue, I will release the second milestone.
If you success to be granted this project, I will expect from you a proactive communication, that you continuosly ask whatever may not be clear and... to set the bases of a long cooperation, thus I have some other projects which I 'd also like to prototype.
