Hi, The "no automated Figma-to-WordPress tools" requirement is exactly right — those spew inline styles everywhere and make the site a nightmare to maintain later. I'd hand-code the templates against native blocks (or Elementor Free where blocks fall short), keeping everything dashboard-editable after handoff. The two subpages with internal linking from the overview and footer are straightforward to wire in during the build. I'll also leave out the sections you've flagged — easier to skip them clean than retrofit later. No portfolio use, no footer credit, and wp-all-in-one compatibility — noted on all three.
