My title & escrow office relies heavily on email to communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers. We are a family run business in a rural town.
I'd like to hire an expert who understands email hosting to assess our current setup, share any potential weaknesses or points of failure, along with any suggestions for improving reliability of the email service.
Our current email is hosted on JustHost.
Periodically we have deliverability issues with recipient's not receiving our messages.
We are NOT doing bulk or campaign emails at all, these are all direct messages.
We use an IMAP email box, with aliases and subfolders sorting email to different employees.
We've intentionally used this setup so that we all have access to each others email (5 employees).
We're currently using Thunderbird for our email client.
