Messages should feel peer-to-peer: upbeat, supportive, and instantly relatable to someone juggling anatomy flashcards and early rotations. Scope of work • Build or source a clean, GDPR-compliant list of active medical-school emails (no purchased spam lists; I need verified, high-intent addresses). • Plan a brief but effective nurture sequence: welcome teaser, benefits deep-dive, social-proof email, and final FOMO reminder. You decide cadence and segmentation. • Write, design, and code the emails so they render flawlessly in Gmail, Outlook, mobile Apple Mail, and the usual web clients. • A/B test subject lines and key copy blocks; optimise based on open- and click-through data you collect during the rollout. • Execute the sends through a reputable ESP you manage (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo—your choice) and monitor performance in real time. • Provide a post-campaign report summarising list growth, deliverability, open rate, CTR, and, most importantly, sessions driven to medlingoapp.com. Acceptance criteria 1. Minimum 30% average open rate and 5% click-through rate across the sequence. 2. Tracking links must show unique visits to the site matching or exceeding click volume. 3. All creative assets and copy transferred to me in editable format at project close.
