We are looking for an experienced B2B Freelance Sales / Business Development Partner to help us acquire new clients for our business automation and technology solutions. We help businesses improve their daily operations through: • Operational & workflow automation • Custom dashboards and reporting • UI-based internal business solutions • Process automation and digital solutions • Custom tools that reduce repetitive manual work • Technology solutions tailored to specific business needs The Role This is a freelance, commission-based opportunity for someone who can independently identify, approach, qualify, and close B2B opportunities. You will have complete freedom to use your own sales process, methods, network, connections, lead sources, and strategies. You can target the industries, businesses, and markets you believe are most suitable. You can use your own: • B2B contacts and professional network • Lead databases and prospect lists • Outreach and prospecting methods • Industry relationships • Sales strategy and processes We are not looking for someone who simply follows a fixed script. We value professionals who understand business problems and can identify opportunities where automation, dashboards, or custom technology solutions can create value. Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential B2B clients • Generate and qualify leads independently • Understand prospects' business and operational challenges • Present relevant solutions and create opportunities • Manage prospects through the sales cycle • Coordinate with our team for technical discussions when required • Negotiate and close successful deals Compensation This is a success-based commission-only role. There is no fixed salary. Commission will be paid on successfully closed business, with the structure agreed based on the opportunity and engagement.
