Each weekday I need two focused hours inside my Wiseagent CRM. During that time the assistant will keep the system spotless and responsive so every contact, tag, campaign and document is always current and accurate. Selected scope of work • Cleaning and segmenting the database • Setting up and managing drip email campaigns • Lead follow-ups and sending paperwork via E-signature • Keeping the CRM organized and updated Day-to-day flow After a short morning check-in, you’ll jump into Wiseagent to purge duplicates, refine tags and place contacts into the correct nurture paths. New prospects will be enrolled in the appropriate drip sequence, and stalled leads will receive timely follow-ups written in polished, professional English. When a client is ready to move forward, you’ll prepare and send the correct forms for electronic signature, then confirm everything is filed back into the contact record. What makes this role important Consistent, accurate data and prompt communication are critical in real estate. I need someone already familiar with real estate terminology and cadence so the messages you send feel natural to buyers, sellers and cooperating agents alike. Rhythm & commitment • 2 hours a day, Monday–Friday • Clear, repeatable tasks with weekly pay • Ongoing position after initial training and SOP hand-off If you understand real estate workflows, enjoy keeping CRMs pristine and can write clean, client-friendly emails, this will be a smooth, long-term partnership.
