I'm looking support with the sales of both online SaaS products and a high-end coaching program.
I'm looking for somebody to take ownership of the client interactions (emails/linkedin messages) and tracking leads.
I already have online marketing and sales funnels running, but I need support with handling the questions that come in and with following up. Your responsibility is answering common questions and getting introduction/sales calls booked for and tracking the status of the leads in a CRM.
As none of the interactions are real time, you will be able to work on your own schedule, although I expect messages to answered within max 2 working days.
- Lead tracking sheet: Keep track of the status of leads we're interacting with
- Classify/prioritize leads based on the information we gather on them (i.e. application form)
- Answer (most) LinkedIn/email questions by leads (you'll be introduced to what I do, and have FAQ's)
- Ensure we follow up with leads via mail (frequency depending on their pipeline status)
- Enrich lead information based on LinkedIn/website
- You did some sales (support) type role before
- You can write high-quality emails in English
- You quickly learn online tools like CRM's, marketing automation.
- You like to experiment with different methods to generate intro calls
- You are able to always respond within 24 hrs
- Your available at least 12 hours a week
