Facebook Fan page building

Hi All, I need a guy to create me 100+ yahoo accounts and create Facebook accounts with profile pictures and content. Profiles should be from countries US, UK, Australia, Canada. And i will give the groups and pages to collect fans for each set of accounts. (Each country 20 accounts) Once the friends are ready, they should be invited to the page..And for each 5K i get on the page the pay will be $40. I need more than 10K on a single page and the owner of those accounts will be me, but the provider i select can use them for other projects of mine as well and make money long term since i have more continuous jobs.
