Here’s how I see the collaboration working: • Before each round I’ll share the job description, résumé, and any specific project context so you can tailor your questions. • During the interview you’ll join me on a video call, lead the technical deep-dive, and note strengths or red flags as we go. • Right afterward I’ll need a concise written assessment highlighting technical competence, communication clarity, and overall fit for the role. Acceptance criteria for each session: 1. At least five targeted firmware questions covering architecture, code quality, and debugging. 2. Real-time scoring during the call (I’ll provide a simple template). 3. A final recommendation summarised in no more than one page within 24 hours.
