I have a pumping system that needs an intelligent, multi-channel controller capable of switching a 220 V load while staying online almost anywhere. The hardware shortlist is already in place, but I want an experienced engineer to turn that list into a fully working unit that can be triggered three ways: Wi-Fi (802.11n), 4 G LTE, and—when nothing else is available—through a Starlink connection routed from the controller’s Ethernet port. Here is what I need from you: • Electronic design: finish the schematic around my existing parts list, size the power supply for 220 V, choose the right relays/solid-state switches, and ensure the radio modules do not introduce interference. • Firmware: write clean, well-documented code that listens simultaneously for Wi-Fi and LTE commands, falls back to Starlink when cellular strength drops, and publishes status pings so I always know the pump’s state. • Mobile app interface: the controller will be driven through a simple Android/iOS app. I’m looking for a slick on/off toggle, live feedback (current draw, fault codes), and basic scheduling. • Prototype & test: assemble at least one prototype, prove that it survives a 220 V stress test, log uptime on all three networks, and deliver a short video demo. Acceptance is straightforward: a powered-up prototype that I can switch on with the mobile app over 802.11n, kick over to 4 G LTE, and finally confirm remote reachability once routed through a Starlink terminal. Once those three scenarios run without a hiccup, we’re done.

Hello, I understand you need a robust, multi‑path smart pump controller for 220 V that stays online globally, with seamless switching between Wi‑Fi, LTE, and Starlink failover. I will take your existing parts list and turn it into a complete, production‑ready unit: a clean schematic around your components, a reliable 220 V power supply and relay/solid‑state switch selection with EMI careful layout, and firmware that listens to Wi‑Fi and LTE in parallel with an automatic Starlink fallback while publishing real‑time status pings. I’ll deliver a simple Android/iOS app interface for on/off control, live metrics, and scheduling, plus a tested prototype that passes 220 V stress tests and logs uptime across all networks. A short video demo will show the final workflow. What is the minimum cellular signal you expect in the remote locations you plan to deploy, so I can size the fallback and retry logic accordingly? Best regards,

Hi there, I have read your project requirement. You need an intelligent multi-channel controller for a 220V pumping system with Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, and Starlink fallback connectivity, along with firmware, mobile app control, and a fully tested prototype. We can deliver this as an end-to-end solution covering electronic design (power supply, relay/SSR selection, EMI-safe layout), embedded firmware (multi-network communication with failover logic and status telemetry), and a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter/React Native) for real-time control, monitoring, and scheduling. The system will be designed for reliability, safety, and remote operation across all three connectivity modes. A few questions to align the implementation: ===================================== What microcontroller or platform are you planning to use? Do you already have preferred LTE module? Should the system include cloud backend or operate peer-to-peer? Do you require certifications or compliance considerations? Best Regards, Srashtasoft Team

Hi, Switching a 220V inductive load while juggling a three-way network failover is exactly the kind of hardware I build. I’ve engineered multi-network systems and heavy-load controllers multiple times, and I know firsthand the real-world pitfalls of this specific setup—especially dealing with inductive kickback from pumps, isolating EMI from cellular antennas, and writing network failover logic that actually works in the field without hanging. Recently, I designed a streamlined, custom embedded logic controller handling heavy 220V industrial rotational loads. We specifically avoided a bloated, expensive PLC setup in favor of a smart, highly efficient custom board. On the networking side, I just wrapped up an automotive-grade board integrating dual CAN, BLE 5.1, and LTE CAT 4 modules. Keeping the cellular RF noise away from the sensitive logic traces and Ethernet PHY is standard practice for me. For your firmware, we will need a solid RTOS environment to keep the network listener tasks (Wi-Fi and LTE) running concurrently without blocking the main pump control loop. If cellular drops, the fallback to the Starlink Ethernet connection needs to happen fast, with status pings pushed to the mobile app via MQTT so you always have real-time visibility. For the app itself, I can spin up a clean Android/iOS interface with the toggle, live current draw feedback, and scheduling you need. I can handle the full lifecycle from the schematic finish to the final 220V stress-tested prototype. Because of strict NDAs with my industrial clients, I cannot attach the schematics, code, or video demos of these past projects here in the public proposal. However, if you shoot me a direct message, I would be happy to walk you through exactly how I engineered those systems and how that architecture directly translates to your pump controller. Before we lock in the schematic and start ordering prototype parts, I have a few technical questions: 1. What is the pump's maximum inrush current (inductive load)? I need this number so we can correctly spec between heavy-duty mechanical relays or zero-cross SSRs with proper snubber networks. 2. What is the acceptable latency threshold for the failover handshake between the 4G LTE and the Starlink Ethernet route? 3. Do you already have a specific LTE modem on your hardware shortlist, or are you open to modules where I already have proven, field-tested firmware libraries? Let me know when you're free to chat. Best.

Hi There 1. for simplicity , stick to mechanical relays over SSR ones, IF the on/off frequency of the pump isn't higher than 10 counts a day 2. You need ESP32 (which has WiFi on board) as your work horse MCU, along with Ethernet module coupled to this ESP32 (to access startlink internet) and a 4G module as a fallback internet source, such as SIM7600A which works with most LTE bands in North America 3. For a neater final product you really need PCB designed to hook up all the parts together, saving you from hassles of fixing broken wire connections every now and then, you probably need a CT sensor hooked up in line with a Live wire going to a pump ( single phase pump ) 4. Then I can build a simple android app where you can remotely monitor current drawn by pump in real time, schedule pump on/off over the course of the day, or toggle the pump on/off on demand 5. The communication is over MQTT so you need a VPS server for this

Hi , Last week i did a very similar multi-network pump controller and i’m confident to handle this really well. i would like to know the below. - Motor details: voltage/current/HP and inrush (A), so I size PSU, contact ratings, and snubbers correctly. SSR vs relay preference? - Do you already have a cloud endpoint (MQTT/HTTPS) for commands/status, or should I provide a secure broker so Starlink/LTE work behind NAT? I think we should. - Use MQTT QoS1 with offline queue + TLS so commands and pings are reliable across Wi‑Fi/LTE/Starlink and no port‑forwarding is needed. - Use opto‑isolated switching (zero‑cross SSR or relays) with MOV + RC snubber, proper creepage, ferrites, and dual watchdog/brown‑out for long‑term stabilty. Lets follow a plan like this. - I finalize the schematic: wide‑range AC‑DC, EMI filter, surge protection, current/voltage sensing, ESP32 (802.11n) + Quectel LTE + Ethernet PHY. - I write firmware: link monitor with priority Wi‑Fi→LTE→Ethernet(Starlink), status pings, OTA updates, fault codes. - I build a simple Flutter app: on/off, live current, alerts, and basic schedules. - I assemble and test the prototype: 220 V stress, network failover logs, and a short demo video. Please confirm you are the project owner or direct client; I work directly and don’t engage via agents.
