I need an efficient way to convert 12 volt Dc to 60 volt Dc using a "Flyback converter" and/or "Capacitor array". The most important part of this will be the efficiency of converting the 12 v Dc using a trucks alternator to the 60 v Dc. The unit must be 90% or higher effciency.
I will need this "Power Supply" unit to run a 60 volt Dc motor at 5 - 10 amps.
Unit must hold the set amperage with little fluctuation, prefer this to be done like a digital constant current controller. Voltage can be set or adjustable.
Must use parts that are readily available. ( [url removed, login to view] is where I source most parts).
Must be able to deliver the following including schematic CAD drawings, PCB layouts, Routed
PCB files, source code if needed, parts list assembly drawings and prototype.
