Hiring Full Time Math Tutors to Answer Questions using your Android App

We are looking to hire full time tutors who will be answering math questions using their Android Mobile Phone. Here are the qualifications to be a tutor for our company: 1) You must have an Android phone with at least a 3 megapixel camera. 2) You must be very good in at least FOUR of the following subjects: Statistics, Multi-variable Calculus, Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Probability (calculus based) 3) You must have neat handwriting. 4) You must be available at least 20 hours per week. Qualification Process Before we hire you, you must pass a qualification test for each subject you select. The qualification process will take place on our Android App which we will send to you as an attachment to download onto your Android phone. Each subject will have approximately 5 testing questions which should take you about an hour to complete per subject. Our qualification process should take 4-5 hours to complete. Responsive Phase ( Paid per Question ) - After you finish the qualification process, you will start receiving official questions from students and will be paid for every question that you answer. Here is where we want to see how responsive you are during the hours you will be working. If you would like to tutor 20 hours or more per week, we need to see that you will be responding to every question that comes in during these hours. Every time a student will upload a question onto our mobile app, you will receive a push-notification on your mobile notifying that a question has arrived. You will get paid 25-50 cents (on average) for each question that you answer with a step by step solution. You must respond to each question! If you do not know how to solve a certain question, you will hit the "Can Not Solve" Button. We are looking to see how responsive you are during these hours. You will get paid in milestones of $10 each on Freelancer.com ( plus we will cover the freelance fees). This will continue for approximately 2-4 weeks, enough time for us to determine if you should be hired full time. Full Time Hire ( Hourly Salary) We would like to hire you on an hourly basis for all the hours you were responsive for during the Responsive Phase. We will pay hourly tutors every 2 weeks. ( We will cover all Freelancer.com Fees). This is a very stable job and you can long for as many months as you wish.
