spring driven electricity generator

I have a patent pending on a wind turbine electricity generator that can be held in your hand and functions in 3 mph wind and a small, seven figure pending from an auto manufacturer. I need the missing piece to make the idea fly because it does not operate from a stopped position inside a parking garage. A spring powered electricity generator is what I envision as the missing piece. Electric cars operate on 12V. I think 30 minutes of power would suffice.

The money will be made from royalties from one or more automobile manufactures. Keep this on the DL if you are interested because people with these ideas are found dead or just disappear.

You need imagination for this project. There are some patents like this on file. All are completely inadequate. Seiko Epson has one. Could not get details about their patent's utility and they do not want to engage in business with me. Their patent sits idle.

The automobile is the start. Put my turbine on the roof, with the spring driven generator, increase utility to 220V and that powers housing. Get the voltage up to 440v, and that is the manufacturing industry.

I am not going to pay you for generating the idea. I will make you rich for getting it to the market combined with mine. If you do want cash and forgo the upside, we can determine a price. But I am looking for an inventor partner, not an employee.

If you can not do this, but know an inventor who dreams of changing the world, pass this business idea to them.
