OSCommerce tasks

I have inherited a client whose website uses OSCommerce and we have 3 tasks to do : 1. Upgrade from 2.3.1 to 2.3.3 2. Incorporate a "Featured Products" module onto home page 3. Incorporate a "Discount Vocuher" module into checkout Please advise of cost to carry out these tasks and timescale in whcih to do it.
