Updates to Paypal Processing(repost)(repost)

I recently had a coder finish a Paypal processing job. He finished the main job but there are two outstanding items that still need to be fixed. He's evidently no longer available to do the work so I need you to fix two very specific things: 1. Change the method of Paypal processing to Authorize & Capture so that the client can log into Paypal and capture the funds only when the order is shipped. 2. The Paypal email receipt sent to the customers should show each item purchased. Currently, it is essentially blank with just a total. The individual items ARE being sent to Paypal; they can be seen on the Paypal site when the user checks out. They are just not being listed in the receipt email from Paypal. That's it. I will give you a dev environment to work in and you will have to use your own developer Paypal account. Once you have it working on dev,I will test and if it passes, you will then migrate the necessary files to live. Once it passes testing on live, I will release the funds.
