Hello, I do my master of science at Politecnico di Torino. I can design such an interface and the circuit. The problem is just a matter of timer and ADC and the main idea is like the opposite of VCO but with a microcontroller. So I am sure that I can handle this easily I have done many applications like this. Please let me know if there are any more details.
