We are looking to build a device which will convert IPTV to DVB-T.
The device will connect to a cloud server where it will pick up a specific details about the MUX-multiplex(frequency, modulation & other details) + a channel list
which will be sent to a specific devices, so each connected device will have a specific parameters.
The device will accept TV channels from cloud server on ethernet port then will have a coax output which will be connected to TV and will allow user to scan channels on the specific frequency.
The device will be built with a raspberry pi and a converter from iptv to DVB-T, then will modulate all channels on 1 frequency(mux) and allow TV connected to the device via coax cable to scan all channels and view them.
The device and the cloud server will be built by same person/Company.
The device will support TV channels like: video/audio h264/aac, h264/mp3, h264/mp2, mp4/mp2, h264/AC3, h265/aac, and Radio as audio mp3,aac,ac3,ogg etc...
The cloud server will accept streams in http, hls, mpegts and rtmp.
The mux frequency will be choosable from drop down frequency list.
The streams will be secured so no usage from outside of the system.
The cloud will show a live graph with CPU/RAM/Bandwidth usage.
The cloud will show logs of channel's or devices down.
The Cloud and device will recognize HD or SD stream by resolution and will mark in the list as HD or SD.
The Cloud will be able to edit channel/radio name and publish it on the mux.
The device must support unlimited channel number(depends on the mux max bandwidth size).
The cloud server will be able to accept unlimited number of streams which will be restreamed to specific devices.
Each customer will have his own access to the cloud to add/remove edit his own channels and devices.
The device size will be 15x10x5 or smaler, will be in aluminum case and will be used in Hotels, TV headends etc...
The device will have led light to show if it's on/off, connected to cloud or not, or if there is any error (red light). Also will use 5-12Volt power unit.
IPTV channel(s) e.g.10 channels -> cloud -> device -> headend or a hotel cable system -> TV with dvb-t/t2 tuner where we will scan the TV to the needed frequency and have all 10 channels on the selected frequency.
