Determine if any wall being removed is load bearing, is so show how roof will be supported 2. List all codes in force. List level of alteration and required upgrades per FBC-EB 2023 8th (level 2) ALL existing bldg must comply with all applicable provision of this code 3. Show all electrical improvements (show added outlets an connection required at countertops, range, hood, DW etc 4. Show required Smoke detector improvements or if existing to code. Other items may be needed. We would need to visit or have photos etc. You as GC can be the agent for the field verification etc We carry full AE e/o and GL insurance. Thank you
