The retaining walls are to be designed per the available soils report. They must take into account local site conditions with respect to seismic requirements. Appropriate drainage must be incorporated into the walls and around the retaining walls.

A slab/footings supporting the proposed structures, an engineered design, or alternate appropriate foundation, supporting local site conditions for seismic requirements, is required. Any drainage requirements must be considered, as well as services such as plumbing, electric, and sewer around the slab.
