Optimal detection of BPSK signal contaminated by self interference signal and noise in full duplex system

I am working on full polarization based (horizontal and vertical) full duplex system to cancel self interference from received signal. i want to do optimal detection of signal received by a polarized antenna, applying OFDM and bpsk demodulation. In full duplex the received signal contain desired signal d(t) + Self interference signal s(t) + noise n(t)

i want to implement an optimal receiver to cancel the Self interference and noise and receive the desired signal in Full duplex platform.
