I need the following:
I've a 240VAC motor powered shaft spinning at 2800-3500 rpm (via a pulley to change between 2800/3200/3500 rpm)
I need the motor power to be cut the very instant rpm falls below 1500.
The motor can be slow to start up so the system needs to have a 2second start delay before becoming active.
It needs to cut power to the motor, and be resettable by cutting and re-applying power.
The motor is a capacitor run 450W, startup current around 7A.
I was thinking to monitor output rpm via 6magnets on the output pulley, hall effect sensor?
The power cut part with a solid state relay?
Any help and ideas appreciated.
