Good morning. I’m a student working with students at the moment which qualifies me for this job , being the same age helps us communicate and helps me to identify what the problem is. Here’s our plan: First session, we’ll identify the student’s level to find out what you mean by “absolute beginner”, in this session we’ll be just chatting back and forth, watching closely for grammar mistakes and seeing the student’s ability to hold up the conversation, then we’ll work on basic grammar skills and sentence structures based on the student’s level , after the first session the student is given a short homework and is expected to finish it by next session which the homework will be marked and discussed in. We will discuss the scheduling after the first session is over. Important note: me being a student , closer to the student's age, matched with conversation style learning helps to build a bond with the student, making him/her feel like the session is lighter and less of a burden, which leads to faster progress.

I got AIR 8 in NDA 156th course . If u don't know about the exam let me tell you that it is an All INDIA LEVEL EXAM(to join officer cadre of Indian armed forces) in which around 5 lakh students appear every year and only 400 get selected.
