I have a collection of social networking websites.
Some of these have German language users. As such a need someone to translate customer service email to/from German.
The process is very simple..
1) i will receive an email from the client, i forward it to you,
2) you reply with the translation,
3) i write a response and send back to you again for translation to German,
4) you reply with the translation.
As such, each email from a client will usual result in 2 translations from you. Sometimes the language is easy enough for me to use google translate for part of this process and sometimes the issue will be easy enough to use a pro forma reply that I already have a translation for, so some emails will require just one translation.
I have several translators for various languages and pay a standard of $0.35 for each translation. The average length of the emails is about 20 words. You should be able to typically reply within 24 hours. The quantity is an average of 20 a week. The min and max budget i have set is simply to fulfil the standardised requirements for a freelancer project.
The project is ongoing and is open to native German speakers only.
