Looking for an experienced voice/network engineer to go onsite and do some specific testing we require for a large enterprise in Hong Kong.
We sell a cloud contact centre product and the Hong Long staff are complaining about bad voice quality.
Working with the IT team you would go to site in Hong Kong (One Island East).
We would provide you with a login to our browser based platform. You would need your own USB headset and laptop. ( We can also provide headsets ). You would make a series of phone calls into the customer and listen to the quality writing notes on each call...
Need to test whilst
a) logged into their corporate network from onsite ( they would provide you access )
b) logged in through their wifi
c) logged in via 4G or mobile ( your mobile phone )
d) logged in at home ( completely removed from the corporate network )
e) Try different headsets for all of the above
We need to you do this series of testing, record calls where possible so we can show and play them for senior management who are based back here in Australia.
Experience with Twilio and /or VOIP technology would be excellent.. Understanding possible network / desktop/ voice etc etc to help us troubleshoot this problem would also be fantastic
