My import–export firm needs a confident voice on our afternoon Google Meet sessions with overseas buyers. The conversations range from price discovery to final contract terms for artifacts, hand-crafted furniture, carpets, agricultural produce and assorted engineering goods, so you will often be switching contexts quickly while keeping the discussion focused on value and feasibility. Here is what the work looks like in practice: you join the scheduled call (always afternoon in our local time), open with a concise product overview, steer the negotiation under sometimes intense price or timeline pressure, then close with clear next steps. Immediately after each meeting, a short written recap—key agreements, open questions, follow-up deadlines—gets emailed to both the buyer and our internal team. Comfortable, polished English is essential because these calls set the tone for long-term trading relationships. Additional languages are welcome but not mandatory. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools for sharing quotes, live spreadsheet costing, or screen-sharing product photos will help you move quickly during discussions. Deliverables for every engagement: • Participate in the scheduled Google Meet (audio + video enabled). • Negotiate pricing, Incoterms and payment milestones to target margins we brief beforehand. • Draft and send a same-day call summary with agreed actions. Consistent, reliable presence in those afternoon slots and a calm, persuasive manner under pressure are what will make this collaboration successful.
