I'm looking for a call center or agents to answer my calls from 5:30-11:30pm Monday to Saturday.
1-) Answer 100-150 calls per day
2-) Make bookings with the calls received in my dispatch software
3-) Make sure drivers are attending the calls on time by monitoring the dispatch system
4-) Give callers information about various services that we offer.
