I am looking for a French-writing Customer Service Agent.

Please notice that we only hire 1 native French speaker from timezone around GMT+1 Need 1 agent whose native language is French (Your English level should be at least good) What I need the freelancer to do: I am looking for someone 100 percent fluent in French (additional languages can be a plus), to act as a customer support agent via a text livechat. Goal is to give answers to visitors asking us some questions via our live chat. - Key skills needed to do the job well: You need to be a good english & french writer (if you are fluent in other languages this can be a plus!) You need to be available and connected for this job from Monday to Friday during Work hours (based on GMT+1) from 8:00am to 5:00pm(negotiable). When someone want to chat, you need to answer quickly. You'll need to understand our service and the service we provide in order to answer to people. But we'll help you on that and it's simple to understand. :) - What I think a successful engagement will look like for me as a client: Making sure you are professional in your behavior and in your answers. Making sure you don't make any mistakes in French is important to us (really small mistakes are OK). Making sure your answers are always funny and positives is also very important to us.
