Greetings! I have signed non-disclosure agreements before and certainly have no problem in signing one for your particular project. Also, the West-African accents shouldn't be much of a problem as long as the audio quality is clear! I am currently a college student situated in Bangladesh. Ever since I started freelancing on this site, I've successfully transcribed several audio sessions/ interviews for different clients of mine, on a variety of topics. Having worked with a couple of excellent clients, I believe we could potentially establish a wonderful working relationship. Having that said, coming down to a fixed rate I would charge CAD $750 for the 1500 mins (Inclusive of freelancer.com's 10% project commission) worth of audio transcribed.
