We are looking for somebody who can help us with an on-screen animated campaign. We need to create a short 15 second ad (possibly 30 seconds) in which it has to meet certain criteria which we do not know means we need a videographer or if a video production specialist can assist in both. I attached the guidelines that we have to follow and we aren't sure if we just need to buy a certain camera, film ourselves, and then have a video production specialist put it together, so hoping somebody can point us in the right direction!
