Website and Blog Outreach

I am looking for someone to send emails to blog and website owners on my behalf. The goal would be to find popular niche websites and to be featured in the website. We are preferably looking for websites with an established audience. Please note, I am not looking for someone with a blog network or SEO value with this project. I am looking for someone to do real outreach to popular websites and pages. I am looking for someone who can do a high volume at a rapid pace. I expect a 10% response rate and I expect one relevant website to be found per minute of research. So for every hour of research, I expect a minimum of 60 websites with their contact information. You may use link or guest blogging research tools to help you, existing contacts if you've done this type of work in the past, search engines or other methods to find relevant websites. Then, I expect one email to be sent every 30 seconds. So I expect a minimum of 120 emails to be sent every hour. If you don't think you can work at this rate, don't apply. If you think you can work faster than this - that's great!
