need bidder on immidiate basis

i need a bidder who will be active and his profession should only be bidding but has a sound knowledge of IT industry regarding project he will be doing work under my guidance he should ensure relaibility and trust for future and is totally freelancer not doing any job or any kind of other stuff i want him to give me the output of client minimum experience 1+ client handling minimum atleast has gotten 10 of the clients in past who are genuine and relaible he should be smarter and ability to quickly grasp the attention over the details Note- Please dont bid like a for money and just a time pass stuff after few days gone ones i need serious type of candidates who has a spark has vision in there reality , i need commitments and output at the end of the day must have skype or something to chat with should be good listener and must have good communication skills
