Automated ERPNext SaaS Platform

The goal is to launch a fully automated, self-service SaaS platform built on Frappe/ERPNext that lets a customer pick a subscription plan, pay through Telr, and receive a ready-to-use site within minutes. Key scope • Three plan tiers must be provisioned with Inventory Management, Sales & Purchase Order Management, and Financial Accounting enabled according to each tier’s limits. • Telr is the only payment gateway that has to go live on day one, yet the codebase should remain payment-provider agnostic so I can bolt on credit-card processors, Mada, or bank-transfer flows later without a rewrite. • Advanced customization is essential: I need new modules, bespoke workflows, and custom API endpoints exposed for third-party integrations (think shipping, CRM, BI dashboards). • All tasks—database creation, site build, SSL, DNS mapping, module enable/disable, and welcome email—must fire automatically after a successful Telr callback. Deliverables 1. A multi-tenant provisioning service (Python/Frappe script or containerized micro-service) wired to Telr webhooks. 2. Custom ERPNext app(s) containing the new modules and workflow tweaks. 3. REST/GraphQL API layer that external systems can consume for user creation, billing status, and plan upgrades. 4. CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions or similar) pushing to a Docker/Kubernetes stack so staging and production are one-command deployments. 5. Clear README and a short Loom walkthrough so my in-house dev can maintain the setup. Acceptance criteria • A test transaction through Telr spins up an ERPNext site in <5 min with the correct feature set. • Upgrading or downgrading a plan immediately adjusts module access without manual intervention. • New module code passes unit tests and flake8 linting; API layer returns 200/JSON for all documented routes. • Full delivery, code hand-off, and deployment scripts completed inside 4 weeks.
